What is a PNR?

A professional PDF document showing your flight route, dates, airline, flight number, and passenger details. The format mirrors what travel agencies and booking platforms issue, and is suitable for visa applications, embassy interviews, and immigration check-ins.

Can I use this to board the plane?

No. This is a PNR document — it is not a paid airline ticket and cannot be used to board a flight. To actually fly, you need to purchase a ticket from the airline. The itinerary is for documentation purposes only.

How long is the itinerary valid?

You choose the validity at checkout: 48 hours, 7 days, or 14 days. Pick whichever matches your visa application or travel timeline.

How fast is delivery?

Most orders are delivered within 5–30 minutes. During peak hours, allow up to 2 hours. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

Will my visa be approved with this?

Approval depends on your overall application — we cannot guarantee outcomes. A PNR satisfies the "proof of onward travel" requirement that many embassies impose, but it's just one part of a visa application. Submit all other supporting documents (accommodation, financials, purpose of visit, etc.) properly.

Which airlines do the itineraries reference?

We use major international and regional carriers depending on your route — Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, KLM, British Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, and many others. You can select the specific flight you prefer from the search results.

Can I get a return itinerary too?

Yes — choose "Return" on the search form and pick a return date. The itinerary will include both legs.

Can I change my dates after ordering?

Yes — small corrections (typos, date changes) can usually be made. The 7-day plan includes one free change; the 14-day plan includes unlimited changes within the validity window.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major debit & credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). South African customers can also use PayFast for instant EFT, card, SnapScan, or Zapper.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — see our refund policy. If your itinerary isn't delivered as described and we can't fix it, you receive a full refund.

How can I check my order status?

Use our order status page — enter your order number and email. You'll see processing status, dates, and other details.

Is my data secure?
