Terms of Service

By using instantpnr.com ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Service description

Instant PNR issues professional PNR documents in PDF format. These documents are not paid airline tickets and cannot be used to actually board a flight. They are intended solely as supporting documentation for visa applications, embassy submissions, and proof of onward travel for immigration check-ins.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and provide accurate, truthful passenger information. Passenger names must match passport spelling exactly.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in USD or ZAR depending on your location. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayFast. By placing an order you authorise the relevant payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver itineraries within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation. Peak hours and complex routes may extend this to 2 hours. Delivery is by email to the address you provide.

5. Validity

Itinerary validity matches the plan you choose at checkout: 48 hours, 7 days, or 14 days from delivery.

6. Refunds

If we cannot deliver your itinerary within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund. See our refund policy for full details.

7. Visa outcomes

We do not guarantee any visa or immigration outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and depend on many factors beyond a PNR document.

8. Limitations of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Misuse

You may not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, identity theft, impersonation, or any unlawful activity. The itinerary documents we issue are intended solely for the supporting-documentation purposes described above. Attempting to use an itinerary as if it were a paid airline ticket, or submitting it in contexts that explicitly require a paid ticket, is misuse and is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspected misuse to authorities.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the latest terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
